If any item of this schedule is found to be defective, take the necessary action and retest. Check the corresponding box only when the item being inspected/rectified has passed inspection. IMPORTANT: if a particual item is not applicable for a particular model, mark "N.A."

Brakes:
Inspect brake cables/hoses/rods for any leaks or damage Check and adjust both fornt and rear brakes. If hydraulic, check fluid level.

Clutch:
Inspect clutch cable for correct routing, clipping and damage. Check for correct clutch operation and adjust if necessary.

Engine:
Check and adjust the engine oil level using the grade of oil specified for the model being inspected.

Drive Chain:
Lubricate drive chain. Check for correct adjustment and wheel alignment.

Fuel System:
Check choke operation and cable for correct adjustment. Check fuel tank, carburetor, fuel valve, and all hoses for leaks. Start engine and run 5-10 minites.

Throttle:
Check for correct throttle cable routing. Check for obstrucion of the throttle cable and twist grip. Check for correct throttle opreation and cable adjustment.

Wheels / Tires:
Check and adjust tire pressure. Check front and rear axle nut torque.

Suspension:
Check for smooth and damper operation. Check for appropriate lubrication. Check for correct suspension. Inspect fork seals.

Steering:
Check for smooth steering operation.

Electrical System:
Check for correct function of all headlights, taillights, turn signals Check for correct function of brake lights and instruments illumination Check horn operation. Check starter and stop switch.

Other Items:
Check torque of rear sprocket. Check torque of oil filter bolt. Check torque of all brake system nuts and bolts. Check torque of handlebar and steering stem nuts and bolts.

Road Test:
Front and rear brake operation. Cold and hot start performance.

After Road Testing:
Check and adjust idle speed. Check for oil and fuel leaks. Clean the vehicle prior to delivery.
